These notes explain how different players can receive controlled views of the same world and how protected areas remain isolated from effects that should not cross their boundaries.

Layering can support private encounters, testing, events, or special experiences without copying ownership of the real world. Every transition and exclusion rule remains explicit and reversible.

Weather And World Time Profiles

This service coordinates approved changes to weather and world time. Profiles can move gradually between conditions, run on schedules, or respond to events. Conflicting requests are shown instead of whichever plugin ran last taking control.

Layered World Projection

This service lets different parts of the game world overlap in layers. Each layer has its own rules and features, but they all exist in the same physical space. The system does not change how the world is built or how things move through it. It coordinates layer membership, scoped projections, context profiles, transit, and cross-layer placement exclusions.

One Explicit Primary Base

This service lets a player designate one authorized base anchor as their primary base. Other framework rules can then distinguish ordinary base activity from transport or field activity without treating every shared base as primary. Changing the designation can have a cooldown to prevent moving an exemption around the map.

Protected Enclave Isolation

This service helps keep player areas separate and safe. It checks who can enter and ensures fairness. If the host cannot manage it, protection turns off. The system works with enclave owners to keep things secure.

Objects Explain How They Can Be Used

World objects and locations can advertise a small set of possible interactions without deciding who must use them. A campfire might offer warming, cooking, and socializing; a doorway might offer two different cover positions; a locker might offer one private equipment-changing slot.

NPCs and plugins receive only the offers they are allowed to consider. Skills, personality, current danger, pathing, reservations, and the action’s real owner still decide whether an interaction is possible and what happens. The object supplies a reusable description, not executable authority.
